Employers with over 50 employees should by now be filing their year end returns online.

If you are a Small Employer (those with 50 employees or less) you do not have to start doing so until tax year 2009/10 but those who start filing online early can get up to £175 tax-free from the Revenue over two years, starting with the 2007/08 end of year returns.
